Biography Currently serving as the Assistant Director of the Academic Resource Center at Harris-Stowe State University, Dr. Nesbitt began as an Adjunct Professor in the Anheuser-Busch School of Business in 2017. During this time, she taught Business classes both on campus and virtually, and was the Internship Coordinator where she managed the process of matching students with quality internships. Dr. Nesbitt now assist students with finding professional and peer tutoring services in all academic course subjects. Her educational background includes a Master’s in Human Resource Management and a Master’s in
Educational Administration, both from Lindenwood University.
Dr. Nesbitt also received her Doctorate in Educational Administration and Leadership from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Nesbitt served as a Career and Technical Education Instructor in the St. Louis Public School District,
both at Roosevelt Highschool and Carnahan Highschool of the Future, for 10 years. Dr. Nesbitt has also been a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. for over 20 years.
