Corey Logan was born and raised in St Louis. At a young age, Corey took interest in learning everything he could about the Black American experience. As a teen, he was avid reader studying the works of Minister Louis Farrakhan, Jawanza Kunjufu, Anthony Browder and many more . Corey earned his undergraduate degree from Lincoln University and a graduate degree in school counseling from Linden-wood University. Following undergrad, Corey entered the workforce in human services and education, but maintained part time employment in food service. In 2007, he began working as a juice bar clerk for Wild Oats Market. Wild Oats Market sold the largest volume of juice and smoothies in the St. Louis area. Corey took great pride in juice and smoothie preparation and honed his craft. In 2011 and over the next 3 years, Corey began vending fresh juices and smoothies as a partime hobby at local festivals and health fairs. He took every opportunity to sell smoothies and fresh juice. In 2014, Corey launched the Juicemasters food truck. 11 years later, Juicemasters continues to evolve offering new drinks, faster service and its web based juice subscription program making it easy to incorporate fresh juice into our daily lives. In his spare time away from work, Corey enjoys spending time with his family, travel, fitness and developing the “Juice infused meal plan” consisting of sustainable indigenous cooking techniques using fresh juiced herbs and seeds to fortify essential nutrients and superior flavors.
