Dr. Byron V. Duvall is a native St. Louisan who has practiced in the St. Louis community for over 30 years. A product of St. Louis Public Schools, Dr. Duvall attended John Scullin Elementary and Northwest High school. After graduation he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana and later completed his professional training at Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry, earning a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1980.
Dr. Duval opened Mid City Dental Services in 1982 on the ground floor of the Grand Tower Apts at Grand and Laclede Ave. In 1986, he relocated to the corner if Jefferson and Chouteau Ave and remain there until 2015 when he moved his practice into the present location on Olive St.
He has always believed that all people are entitled to receive 'Quality Care from Those Who Care' and that providing quality care should be a way of life. Striving for clinical excellence while providing a professional and welcoming environment for patients is at high value.
Dr. Duvall is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and belongs to both Mound City and Greater St. Louis Dental Societies. Having received numerous awards and recognitions, Dr. Duvall is most proud that he is able to give back to the community by providing dental services in low income areas with non-profits he founded in 1995 with Dr. Derdick and Joseph. Since its inception thousands of children in the public schools have received dental care.
