MR. JEROME PAMPKIN
Jerome Pampkin focuses on serving the needs of the youth of Saint Louis and empowering them to grow and achieve their potential. His core values are based on the adage “It takes a village to raise a child,” and he is always willing to aid in any way to support that effort.
Jerome’s core values include structure, education, service, humor, resilience, and faith. It’s his life mission to live out these values every day and to impart these values to the youth he has the privilege of mentoring.
Currently, Jerome is able to use his servant-leader qualities in his daily work as a driver for Metro Call-A-Ride paratransit service. The service is for passengers who rely on transit to get them where they need to go, but whose disabilities prevent them from more independent methods of transport.
Jerome volunteers his time to various St. Louis and Illinois area organizations focused on facilitating self-improvement and fostering life skills in minorities and underprivileged youth and families.
